Allison Flatley is the Chief Strategy Officer at Corporate Fitness Works and brings over 30 years of experience in executive management, fitness and consulting experience to the wellness and fitness industry.
She spent 24 years with L&T Health and Fitness (L&T) building corporate, commercial, government and hospital-based fitness and wellness programs throughout the United States.
Allison holds a B.S. in Health and Sport Studies and a M.S. in Exercise and Health Studies from Miami University.
Allison is Vice Chair and Nomination Committee Chair of the IHRSA Board of Directors. She also serves on the Club Solutions Advisory Board; Industry Advisory Council for American Public University; Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Northern Virginia; and Board Member for McLean Youth Volleyball Association.
Allison also serves as a professional mentor and educator.
